If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee the availability of our website. We will do our best to keep our website repair and maintenance to a minimum.

Musicpill allows you limited access create and manage your account, but not to dowload or copy any portion of it without our consent. 7. Stock availability
Our stock availability is updated daily, not instantaneously, so there is a small percentage that an item can be sold without us having it in stock. This rarely happens, but if it does, you will be notified via email.
8. Customs
MusicPill ships from the United States and therefore, any overseas delivery might be subject to import duties and taxes. You must carry out any additional charges for customs clearance, as we have no control over these charges. Check with your local customs office if you have any questions. Please note then when you place in order with MusicPill, you are considered an importer of that product and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Our international customers should know that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities
